IMPORTANT NOTICE:

UPHILL DRAGS WAIVER REQUIRED

An Uphill Drags Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Equipment Rental Waiver") must be completed prior to the issuance of Race Bib and racer's use of Mission Ridge's facilities and Event. This is a condition of the purchase.

If the Uphill Drags Waiver is not completed, the Race Bib will not be issued, access to Mission Ridge's facilities will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided.

The Uphill Drags Waiver will be available for completion electronically during the sale process (and a link to complete the waiver will be emailed to any non-purchasing guest). The Uphill Drags Waiver must be completed before the Race Bib will be issued.
