IMPORTANT NOTICE:

SEASON PASS WAIVER REQUIRED-

A Ski & Snowboard Tickets & Passes Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver") must be completed prior to the issuance of a Mission Ridge Season Pass and each passholder's use of the Season Pass and Mission Ridge's facilities. This is a condition of the purchase.

If the Waiver is not completed, the Season Pass will not be issued, access to Mission Ridge's facilities will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided.

The Waiver will be available for completion electronically during the sale process (and a link to complete the waiver will be emailed to any non-purchasing guest). The Waiver must be completed before the season pass will be issued.

By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence or breach of contract or claim compensation following an accident.
